Use the calling user portal to manage and configure your calling features (Voicemail, call forwarding, etc)
Once you have been set up as a user in Webex for the first time, you will receive an email to access the Calling User Portal via the My Settings Portal.
- If you have not yet received this email, please put in a Ticket requesting Webex Portal access.
- If this is your first time accessing the portal, you will be prompted to create a new password.
- Confirm your password choice, then Save and Sign In.
- Enter your email address and click Sign In.
- This will take you to your Webex Settings dashboard.
From the User portal you can adjust many settings including
- Create/Change your voicemail pin. (Red Box)
- Download the Webex App (Green Box)

- Call Settings
- Directory
- My Apps
