Use the calling user portal to manage and configure your calling features (Voicemail, call forwarding, etc)


Once you have been set up as a user in Webex for the first time, you will receive an email to access the Calling User Portal via the My Settings Portal.

  • If you have not yet received this email, please put in a Ticket requesting Webex Portal access.
  • If this is your first time accessing the portal, you will be prompted to create a new password.
  • Confirm your password choice, then Save and Sign In.
  • Enter your email address and click Sign In.
  • This will take you to your Webex Settings dashboard.


From the User portal you can adjust many settings including

  • Create/Change your voicemail pin. (Red Box)
  • Download the Webex App (Green Box)
  • Access your Calling User Portal \ Webex Calling (Blue Box)
    • Voicemail
    • Call History
    • Call Settings
    • Directory
    • My Apps
